Take one view that shows the whole area
Photograph the full driveway, patio, wall, or walkway from a safe position. Include the edges and the route to the space so the requested area can be understood.
Add a close-up of any special concern
Capture discoloration, organic buildup, rust, oil, damaged coating, or a loose screen panel. Say what you know about the mark, but avoid guessing at its cause.
Name the material and surroundings
If known, note concrete, pavers, stucco, tile, wood, or another finish. Include nearby plants, outdoor furniture, gates, parking limits, and surfaces that should stay outside the request.
Ask for a scope you can review
Request the estimate’s included areas, preparation notes, exclusions, and any assumptions. Ground-level photos are enough to start; never climb onto a roof or enclosure to get a closer picture.
Explore local cleaning services
Match the project to the right service and confirm its scope before requesting an estimate.
