Plan your driveway cleaning
Start with the surface.
Then set the scope.
Concrete and pavers need different considerations
Describe the surface material and any coating or sealer you know about. Mention damaged edges, loose joints, or areas that may have been repaired so the scope can be discussed with the existing condition in view.
Identify unusual stains
Dirt, organic buildup, oil, and rust are different cleaning concerns. Send a close-up and describe the source if known. Results depend on the stain and surface, so expectations for problem areas should be discussed before scheduling.
Show where the work begins and ends
Say whether the request includes the sidewalk, driveway apron, front walk, or side path. Mention shared drives or access that needs to stay open, and arrange to move vehicles from the agreed work area.
