List each outdoor surface
Identify the pool surround, patio, connecting walk, and any paver or concrete sections separately. Mention decorative finishes, known coatings, visible damage, and areas that should be left out.
Plan furniture and access
Tell the provider about grills, planters, furniture, gates, landscaping, and narrow routes. Discuss what can be moved and who will prepare the work area before the appointment.
Add the screen enclosure if needed
A pool deck and screen enclosure have different surfaces and boundaries. Include photos of the floor, frame, doors, lower panels, and any tears or existing damage so each part can be reviewed.
